Are you feeling behind on your financial goals for the year?

With June officially upon us, midyear is always a great time to review our progress toward our financial goals and see what we’ve already accomplished and what we still need to work on.

And of course, all of this happens around the same time the weather gets amazing and all we feel like doing is laying on the beach, drinking green juice (or is that just me?).

Well, instead of punishing yourself for not being motivated or for not doing what you said you’d do by now, just schedule some time this week to do a midyear financial checkup.

Then create a list of three money-related tasks you can implement in your week and days starting tomorrow.

Remember, it’s all about taking bite-size actions and watching those small actions add up over time to help us achieve our big financial goals, like paying off debt, building a cash cushion and investing for retirement.

To help you, watch this video where I share five things you can review in your midyear financial checkup.
